By accessing or using Jimmies ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Jimmies provides a platform where users can:

• List businesses and services
• Browse service providers
• Contact businesses directly (including via WhatsApp)
• Access free and paid listing tiers

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

• Users may create accounts to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Users may submit business listings to be displayed on Jimmies.
• You are responsible for ensuring your listing information is accurate and lawful.
• Jimmies does not verify all listings and cannot guarantee accuracy.
• We reserve the right to edit or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Listings must not contain misleading information, spam, or illegal services.

• Jimmies may allow users to contact businesses directly via WhatsApp or other external platforms.
• Jimmies is not responsible for conversations, agreements, payments, or disputes that occur outside the App.
• Users interact with listed businesses at their own risk.
• Jimmies does not endorse or guarantee any service provider.

• Jimmies offers both free and paid listing tiers.
• Paid tiers may include additional visibility or features.
• Pricing and features may change at any time.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to pay for a paid tier may result in downgrade or removal of premium features.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Post false or misleading listings
• Harass other users
• Upload malicious software
• Spam or duplicate listings
• Attempt unauthorized access to the App

All content, branding, design, and functionality of Jimmies are owned by Jimmies unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reproduce any part without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Jimmies is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We are not responsible for business transactions between users

Use of the App is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to Jimmies at any time without notice if these Terms are violated.

Your use of Jimmies is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Jimmies after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
